1. Wrist worn wearable device

Captures heart rate variability which responds to negative and positive stimuli throughout the day and night – for example: a promotion or pay rise, poor sleep, unhealthy diet, work stress/duration, lack of exercise. Individual data is only available to the person wearing the device. It is anonymised and collated to show managers how the whole organisation or specific teams are coping.

2. Digital software platform – BODE

Integrates seamlessly with your existing technology. Algorithms generate cutting edge data which when blended with key information such as work activity, can measure the ‘mental demands’ of a task. Businesses can access accurate and tangible data on staff wellbeing, engagement, productivity, resilience, and team dynamics. Data can be generated for individuals, teams or holistically across the entire organisation.

A clear and easy to understand dashboard allows businesses to truly understand the wellbeing of their workforce from a holistic mental, emotional, and physical perspective, allowing them to make informed decisions on where to invest employer support and HR services.

3. App

All data is presented in a user-friendly mobile app giving individuals an immediate snapshot of how their physical, mental, work and lifestyle environments are impacting upon their wellbeing. All personal data is secured and treated confidentially and in accordance with UK data-protection regulations ensuring privacy is preserved.
