My Work-Life Analytics^® is the brainchild of ihp’s founder and CTO, Jon Pitts, whose 25 years’ experience in elite high-performance sport has given him a unique insight into human performance and behaviour.

Along with Steve Gill, ihp’s CEO, who brings over two decades of leadership in disruptive technology and Formula One, ihp employs some of the brightest minds in our industry, including world leading experts in Occupational Health, Psychology, Neuro Science, Physiology and Data Analytics.
